The founding product designer will be responsible for creating beautiful and intuitive interfaces for the next generation of IDEs and shaping the company's brand. This role involves jumping into an exciting space alongside the co-founders to build the human interface to AI organizations.

- Shape the brand and ensure consistency across the product
- Design end-to-end experiences for Conductor
- Partner with the co-founders and team to create a cohesive product vision
