Founding Product Designer

The Founding Product Designer will own the core user experience end-to-end, including flows, information architecture, interaction design, and visual craft, while leading ground-truth discovery through user interviews to translate insights into shipped changes.
Responsibilities
- Owning core UX end-to-end
- Running ground-truth discovery
- Prototyping quickly
- Shipping with engineering + PM
- Building the design foundation
- Occasional help with decks/narrative
Requirements
- Early-stage startup experience
- Ability to simplify complexity
- Ability to run discovery independently and get to the truth
- Strong prototyping skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate tightly with engineers
