Requirements
- Solid experience as a Product or UX Designer
- Proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Versatile design toolkit, including proficiency in user research, journey mapping, prototyping, and usability testing
- Strong UI design principles and proficiency in Figma
- Ability to navigate the full product lifecycle
- Entrepreneurial and iterative mindset
- Product-oriented mindset, with an understanding of B2B or data-heavy products and a commitment to accessibility best practices
