UI Designer

The role involves designing high-quality style guides, components, and patterns, taking responsibility for creating and maintaining components for system libraries, and collaborating on documentation within Figma and Supernova. The designer will also explain and justify design decisions and support the adoption of the design system across product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Designing high-quality guides, components, and patterns
- Creating and maintaining resources, tools, and documentation in Figma and Supernova
- Collaborating with Product and Content Designers to identify opportunities for new components
- Providing support and guidance to other designers on the use of shared patterns and identifying opportunities for new components
- Designing and giving meaning to complex interactions with a bias towards simplicity and elegance
Requirements
- Experience of +3 years in digital design, contributing and working in a Design System
- University studies in careers related to Design
- Ability to work in an agile environment, being responsible, innovative, and detailed, with pixel-perfect delivery
- Experience in building, designing, and contributing to the documentation of components in a Design System
