- Design and optimize flows or features within one or more of our trading apps
- Collaborate closely with DesignOps, platform managers, and engineers to define problems, explore concepts, align patterns and deliver production-ready designs
- Support engineering during implementation, ensuring high-quality outcomes and consistent visual and interaction patterns
- Balance user needs with business goals, technical capabilities and regulatory constraints
Requirements
- 3ā5 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer
- Ideally with exposure to financial products, trading, wealth management, or other dataārich products
- Experience designing for mobile and web apps
- Strong interaction design skills, including the ability to simplify complex decision paths and multiāstep flows
- Confidence working with data-heavy interfaces: charts, tables, realātime updates, state changes, and error handling
- Expert-level Figma skills, including components, variants, variables, and prototyping
- Experience working with design systems, ideally in complex domains like fintech or SaaS
- Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to cross-functional partners and collaborate in fast-moving product teams
- A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, interaction design depth, and polished execution
