AI-First Product & UI/UX Designer (m/w/d)

The role involves designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for a B2B platform, conducting user research, and creating various design artifacts like wireframes and high-fidelity designs. A key responsibility is actively driving the integration of AI into team workflows and co-shaping new product areas from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for the B2B platform
• Conducting user research, interviews, and usability tests to validate design and product decisions
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma and other tools
• Working independently at the interface of design, product, and development
• Developing and maintaining the design system for consistent user experiences
• Visualizing complex energy and market data in understandable dashboards and workflows
• Actively driving the use of AI in the team and evaluating new tools and workflows

Requirements

• 2-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
• Allrounder mentality with experience in design, product thinking, and technical understanding
• Intrinsic enthusiasm for AI and its ongoing transformation of the working world
• Practical experience with AI-supported design and coding tools
• Good knowledge of Figma and other design tools
• Experience with user-centered design, user research, and usability testing
• Secure handling of design systems and component-based design
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies and their limitations
