Graphic Designer

The role involves handling all aspects of design production from concept to delivery, including preparing files for print and digital use while maintaining brand consistency. Responsibilities also include designing static and print marketing assets, collaborating on visuals for web content, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of design production, from initial concept development through final execution and delivery
- Design and develop visually compelling static and print marketing assets
- Collaborate closely with designers and writers to ensure all visuals align with strategic objectives, brand guidelines, and key messaging
- Partner with the web team to create and deliver compelling visuals for the main SmartBear corporate site and product sites
- Be involved in all aspects of the creative process, from early concept development and ideation through design execution, refinement, and final delivery
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign) and Figma
- Highly organized and adaptable, with strong project management skills
- Excellent communicator, able to collaborate across teams and levels
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design
