The Graphic Specialist develops and updates digital and print employee benefit communications, transforming complex documents into creatively designed materials like guides, newsletters, and campaign logos. This role involves collaborating with the Communications Team to implement marketing strategies and translating concepts into engaging visual designs consistent with agency branding.
Responsibilities
- Develop new, and update existing, digital and print employee benefit communications
- Work with Communications Team members and other key agency staff to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns
- Translate concepts, ideas, and objectives into engaging visual elements and designs
- Develop sales and marketing collateral where necessary
- Coordinate creative concepts to outside vendors for on-site production
Requirements
- Associate's Degree
- Minimum 3 years related work experience
- Familiarity with current graphic design equipment, tools, and techniques
- Highly Preferred: Bachelorâs degree in Graphic Design; or 2+ years Graphic Design experience
