Graphic & Web Designer

The role primarily focuses on graphic design excellence, requiring the designer to create high-quality student-facing and partner-facing materials, executive presentations, and maintain visual consistency across global initiatives. Additionally, the designer must handle the full workflow of designing and building websites and landing pages using platforms like Squarespace.
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality student-facing and partner-facing materials
- Develop executive-level presentations, program toolkits, brochures, and branded templates
- Maintain visual consistency across campaigns, decks, and marketing materials
- Build cohesive branding for global initiatives
- Design and build website layouts and landing pages using platforms such as Squarespace
- Ensure strong typography, visual hierarchy, and user experience
- Maintain and optimize web properties aligned with brand standards
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphic design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proficiency in Canva
- Demonstrated experience designing and building websites or web layouts
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
