Product Designer (Pixella)

The role involves designing product solutions for various user scenarios, focusing on activation and retention, and collaborating on product hypotheses and A/B experiments with the Product Manager. Responsibilities also include creating scalable interfaces based on the existing design system, analyzing competitors, and conducting design grooming sessions with developers.

Responsibilities

• Design product design decisions for different user scenarios with a focus on activation and retention
• Work with product hypotheses and participate in A/B experiments with the PM
• Create scalable and technically correct interfaces based on the existing design system
• Analyze competitors and initiate UX/UI improvements
• Conduct design grooming and work closely with developers
• Actively participate in workshops, design discussions, and presentation of solutions

Requirements

• Commercial experience in product design for at least 1.5 years (UI/UX or Product Designer)
• Experience in forming and testing product hypotheses
• Excellent UI skills
• Confident proficiency in Figma: auto layout, variables, components, design systems
• Strong sense of visuals and attention to detail
• Understanding of HTML and CSS principles and limitations of web development
• English - Upper-Intermediate (B2+) and readiness to work with AI tools in English daily
• Proactivity, desire to grow and develop in the product
• Actual portfolio with real commercial cases
