Junior UI/UX Designer (Wisey)

The role involves designing screens for funnels, quizzes, and paywall screens, alongside working on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) experiments like modals and pop-ups. Responsibilities also include improving visual quality, supporting the design system, preparing designs for development (handoff, UI QA), and analyzing competitors.
Responsibilities
- Design screens, funnels, quizzes, and paywall screens
- Work with CRO experiments, modal windows, pop-ups, promo blocks
- Improve the visual quality and consistency of web interfaces
- Support and develop the design system
- Prepare designs for development, handoff, technical specifications, UI QA
- Analyze competitors and market for better UX/UI solutions
- Adapt and localize design materials for different markets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of commercial experience in UI/UX design
- Strong knowledge of Figma
- Experience with AI tools for image generation
- Strong UI taste
- Basic understanding of user research, product, and business metrics
- High motivation for development in design
