UX Designer

The UX Designer will work within a product team to design the complete travel experience for customers, including driving sales of additional products like baggage and seating, balancing customer support with business growth. This involves executing all parts of the UX process from problem discovery and research through to prototyping and validation.
Responsibilities
- Work as a UX designer in one of our product teams, designing the travel experience for our customers
- Drive the sales of additional products like baggage and seating
- Balance customer support with business growth
- Work in all parts of the UX process, from problem discovery, research to ideation, concept development, interaction design, prototyping, and validation
- Meet with customers, observe their needs, and translate the insights into actions that continuously create value for them, the business, and the company
Requirements
- A few years of proven UX design experience within the e-commerce sector, working with both web and mobile solutions
- Relevant training in UX, HCI, cognitive science, or a similar field
- Experience working in all steps of the UX process, from discovery and ideation to prototyping and validation
- Proficiency with Figma and working with component-based libraries and design systems
- Experience working with agile methods in cross-functional teams
- Experience in front-end development, digital design, and/or CRO is a big plus
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices (e.g., WCAG)
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- A strong portfolio showcasing your past work in all phases of the UX process
