Responsibilities
- Design and iterate on customer-facing products and internal tools that support Riders and Operations teams
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Ops stakeholders to translate business needs into intuitive user experiences
- Ownership over the discovery efforts, participating in research, design critiques, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis
- Own features end-to-end, from early exploration and prototyping to design QA and post-release iteration
- Simplify complex processes into clear, usable flows that increase efficiency and reduce friction in high-pressure operational environments
- Contribute to the evolution of OpsTech design patterns and the Consumer Design System
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field
- A portfolio showcasing product design work (consumer-facing experiences is a plus)
- Experience with Figma and other industry-standard design tools
- Interest in developing AI skills that can enhance and transform your design process
- Ability to balance business goals with intuitive and delightful experiences
- Familiarity with design systems and design ops best practices, or a willingness to learn and contribute
- Basic knowledge of user research methodologies and experience applying insights to design decisions
- A strong communicator with a collaborative mindset, excited to work across teams and learn from senior designers
