Manager, Manufacturing Equipment Design Engineering

This role leads the design and development of custom mechanical manufacturing equipment, tooling, and fixturing to support production and New Product Introduction (NPI). The manager will own the mechanical system architecture, including motion systems, tolerances, materials, and structural integrity, while establishing and enforcing design standards.

- Own mechanical system architecture, including motion systems, tolerances, materials, and structural integrity
- Establish and enforce mechanical design standards to ensure consistency and reliability
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical design of manufacturing equipment or machinery
- 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams or major technical projects
- Strong experience with custom equipment, tooling, and fixturing design in a production environment
