Product Designer - Research focus

The role involves leading the full research lifecycle, utilizing various methods to uncover user needs and presenting findings creatively to build empathy across the company. Responsibilities also include translating research insights into design concepts and empowering the design team with self-service research tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full research lifecycle, from scoping and recruiting to moderation, analysis, and reporting
• Utilize a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods when conducting research
• Actively present findings in compelling, creative ways that build empathy across the company
• Work closely with Product Owners, Designers, Data Analysts, and Engineers to turn raw data into actionable insights
• Help represent the voice of the customer and influence the long-term product strategy

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX research
• Strong portfolio that shows how your work directly impacted a product
• Ability to utilize a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
• Experience building or scaling research repositories
• Experience navigating complex regulatory environments or designing for high-trust user journeys
