Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end experience of major product areas, driving everything from discovery and research through interaction design, visual execution, and production handoff. This role involves facilitating user research, maintaining high visual craft standards, and building shared patterns to enable the broader team to ship consistent UI.

Responsibilities

• Owning the end-to-end experience of major product areas, from discovery and problem framing through interaction design, visual execution, and production handoff
• Running or facilitating user interviews, usability tests, and synthesis sessions
• Translating research insights into clear, actionable design direction
• Bringing genuine aesthetic judgment to everything you touch
• Being the design thought partner PMs and engineers actually go to
• Using AI prototyping tools to explore ideas and ship higher-fidelity prototypes faster

Requirements

• 5+ years of senior product design experience
• Strong command of research methods, interaction design, and information architecture
• Proven ability to simplify complex workflows for non-expert users
• B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred
• Visual taste and a track record of shipping UI that’s genuinely beautiful
• Cross-functional collaboration skills
