UX Designer III

The role involves designing customer experiences, conducting user testing, pitching ideas, and creating workflows, visual designs, and prototypes, often using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate output. This individual will act as a bridge between design and engineering by accelerating ideation and delivery through AI-assisted design and prototyping tools.
Responsibilities
- Prototyping in Figma and Cursor
- Acting as a bridge between design and engineering by using AI-assisted design and prototyping tools
- Working in GitHub to maintain prototype work in a repository
- Designing for real interaction, showing key flows, states, edge cases, and constraints with mock data
- Ensuring prototypes include keyboard basics, semantic structure, and responsive layouts
- Using AI-assisted workflow to generate a starting point and then editing and improving the output
- Pairing with product and engineering to iterate quickly based on feedback and evolving requirements
Requirements
- Strong experience in UX/product design
- Ability to build and edit frontend prototypes using industry-standard design tools like Figma
- Experience with at least one AI coding tool
- Comfort with moving fast without relying on pixel-perfect static files
- Strong collaboration habits with engineers and product partners
