Responsibilities
- Acting in the entire design process: discovery, prototyping, validation, and delivery
- Collaborating with product, engineering, and other teams to define problems and solutions
- Influencing product decisions with data, research, and design best practices
- Mapping journeys, identifying friction, and proposing continuous improvements
- Creating flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile
- Conducting research and using data and metrics to inform decisions
- Ensuring interface consistency through good UX practices and design systems
- Participating in agile rituals and following the implementation of solutions
Requirements
- Solid experience in digital product design (UX/UI)
- End-to-end design process expertise
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Data-driven decision-making ability
- Good communication and collaboration skills
