Responsibilities
- Act as a UX/UI Designer from discovery to delivery
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other teams to define problems and solutions
- Influence product decisions with data, research, and design best practices
- Map user journeys, identify friction points, and propose continuous improvements
- Create flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile
- Conduct research and use data to inform design decisions
- Ensure interface consistency using design systems and best practices
- Participate in agile rituals (Scrum) and follow implementation to ensure quality delivery
Requirements
- Solid experience in UX/UI design
- End-to-end design process experience
- Figma skills
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Ability to make data-driven decisions
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Advanced English language proficiency
