Responsibilities
- Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, components, and libraries
- Translate product requirements into intuitive, user-centered design solutions
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders on feature design
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and data
- Ensure responsive design and accessibility best practices across products
- Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or Product Designer
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping, design systems)
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX design work
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows
- Strong understanding of usability principles and responsive design
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills
