The Senior Product Designer will lead design execution across the full product lifecycle, translating complex requirements into clear, effective user-centered digital experiences. Responsibilities include creating various design artifacts, conducting research, leveraging AI tools intentionally, and contributing to product strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead design execution across the product lifecycle
- Translate complex ideas, requirements, and constraints into clear, effective design solutions
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs across varying levels of fidelity
- Craft compelling narratives and presentations to communicate design decisions to different audiences
- Independently lead small to mid-sized UX workstreams and contribute to larger initiatives
- Conduct and apply research to inform design decisions
- Leverage and evaluate AI in the design process
- Design systems and scalable solutions
- Collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
- Lead and mentor junior designers
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or related roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work across web, mobile, or enterprise products
- Experience both conducting research and translating insights into design decisions
- High proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly with clients in a professional setting
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma and related ecosystem)
- Experience working in Agile or similar iterative development environments
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Figma Make, V0, ChatGPT, Claude) within design or research workflows
