The Senior Product Designer will lead the design of thoughtful, scalable, and user-centered digital experiences, driving design execution across the full product lifecycle from strategy through execution. Responsibilities include creating various design artifacts, conducting research, leveraging AI tools critically, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead design execution across the product lifecycle
- Translate complex ideas, requirements, and constraints into clear design solutions
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Craft compelling narratives and presentations to communicate design decisions
- Conduct and apply research, planning and executing activities such as interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or related roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work across web, mobile, or enterprise products
- Experience conducting research and translating insights into design decisions
- High proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly with clients in a professional setting
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools
