The Product Designer will conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs based on real user feedback while collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers. They will own design problems from start to finish, ensuring solutions solve user needs by involving customers in the design process and advocating for users within the business.
Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional product teams to create and deliver design solutions
- Create innovative UX and UI solutions that inspire teams and customers
- Own design problems and their solutions from start to finish
- Ensure designs solve customer needs, involving customers in the design process and advocating for users within the business
- Iterate, test, and refine solutions to ensure end products solve user problems
Requirements
- Degree in design or comparable on-the-job experience
- 3+ years of design experience
- Portfolio and case studies demonstrating excellence in SaaS product design
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams using agile
- Experience working with or developing design systems and design documentation
