Staff Product Designer - Stake (Mobile)

This role leads the end-to-end design for Stake’s native iOS and Android mobile applications, focusing on translating complex web experiences into intuitive, high-performing mobile interactions. Key duties include aligning systems, driving design quality, and ensuring experiences clearly connect to user and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for Stake’s mobile applications
• Translate web-based features and flows into intuitive, native mobile experiences
• Ensure strong UX and UI craft, aligned with platform guidelines (iOS/Android), accessibility and performance best practices
• Use research, data and experimentation to validate design decisions and improve user outcomes
• Present design work clearly to stakeholders, articulating rationale, trade-offs and expected impact

Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience
• Strong ownership of complex, end-to-end projects
• Proven experience designing native mobile applications (iOS and/or Android) at scale
• Deep knowledge of mobile UX patterns, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and performance constraints
• Strong UX and UI craft with attention to detail in interaction design and usability
