Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to design and maintain platform libraries
- Support processes to ensure the continued relevance and best user experience of the design system
- Work hand in hand with product teams to bring the design system to life
- Identify opportunities for simplifying designs across products
- Deliver valuable, high-quality, and consistent work
- Contribute to end user documentation and engineering handover documentation
- Work closely with engineering teams to understand feasibility of design ideas
- Promote inclusive design practices and deliver accessible designs
Requirements
- 3-5 years UI design experience
- A passion for the latest design, AI, and engineering technology
- Strong level of proficiency with the latest versions of Figma
- Good understanding of delivering latest WCAG compliant designs
- Ability to constructively critique design
- Awareness of existing design systems such as Material design, and Fluent Design
- Obsession with digital trends and design
