Digital Product Designer

The role involves translating complex technical ideas, such as machine learning and automation, into engaging visual content through diagrams, journey mapping, and data visualization. Key tasks include collaborating with stakeholders to evolve the visual identity and creating various assets like campaign visuals, collateral, and presentation decks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product stakeholders to strengthen and evolve the company’s visual identity across all touchpoints
• Transform complex technical subjects into clear, visually compelling narratives using diagrams, journey mapping, and data visualisation
• Create a wide range of assets including campaign visuals, product collateral, social media content, infographics, event materials, and presentation decks
• Develop and manage a scalable design system and asset library to ensure consistency across communications and product offerings

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in digital, brand, or marketing design roles, ideally within B2B or SaaS environments
• A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to communicate complex information through visual storytelling, layout, and data visualisation
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience using modern AI tools to enhance productivity and creative output
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
