The Senior Product Designer will lead the end-to-end design for Front’s core inbox and application experience, taking ownership of a product area to set direction, define principles, and ship high-quality solutions. This involves driving discovery and research, partnering deeply with Product and Engineering, and designing complex systems-level interactions across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design for Front's core inbox and app experience
  • Own a product area and set direction, defining experience principles and a cohesive vision
  • Drive discovery and research by planning and running customer interviews, usability sessions, and concept tests
  • Partner deeply with Product and Engineering to define scope, requirements, and success metrics
  • Design systems-level interactions and workflows that balance power and usability

Requirements

  • 7+ years designing and shipping complex products across web and mobile
  • Experience with enterprise, operations-critical, or workflow-heavy software
  • A portfolio that demonstrates senior-level ownership: tackling ambiguous problems, driving strategy and alignment, and delivering outcomes
  • Prototypes required
  • Strong product thinking and the ability to connect design decisions to measurable customer and business impact
