Responsibilities

  • Lead design for Front's core inbox and app experience
  • Lead user research, reaching out to customers directly, running interviews and usability sessions
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Support to define requirements and ship solutions
  • Design across web, desktop, and mobile, meeting users where they work
  • Communicate your vision through mock-ups, documentation, and prototypes

Requirements

  • 5+ years designing and shipping complex products across web and mobile platforms
  • A portfolio demonstrating a strong end-to-end design process and refined UI/UX skills
  • Experience designing AI-powered experiences
  • Fluency with AI tools as part of your active design practice
  • Experience conducting independent user research
