UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer will lead the end-to-end UX design process, from discovery and research through final design delivery, creating intuitive and scalable experiences for complex product features. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from discovery and research through wireframing, prototyping, and final design delivery
- Design intuitive and scalable experiences for complex product features and workflows
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define user needs and translate business requirements into effective design solutions
- Conduct or support user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Develop high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications
- Contribute to and help maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products
- Advocate for UX best practices, accessibility standards, and user-centered design principles
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX, product design, or a related discipline
- Proven experience leading complex design projects from concept through delivery
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and impactful product outcomes
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in product-driven or agile environments
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals when making design decisions
