Senior Visual / Product Designer

Responsibilities include designing engaging digital experiences for web and mobile products, extending existing designs, and producing clear presentations to communicate design rationale to clients and internal teams. Designers will also consult on accessible design, contribute to user research artifacts, and collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity.

- Presenting design concepts and rationale to clients and internal teams
- Conducting competitive brand or experience analyses and delivering innovative solutions and recommendations
- Collaborating with developers to ensure design fidelity and accessibility
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in a consulting or agency context
- 4-year+ degree in Design or a related field
- Strong written, verbal, conceptual, and visual communication skills
- Proficiency in designing developer-ready visual assets and UI components in Figma
