The Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content for digital platforms, including designing static social media posts, carousels, banners, and campaign creatives. This role also involves performing basic video editing tasks and collaborating with marketing, social media, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Design static social media posts optimized for engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter
- Create visually compelling carousel content that communicates ideas clearly and creatively
- Design banners and visuals for blog posts, campaigns, landing pages, and newsletters aligned with brand guidelines
- Perform basic video editing tasks, including trimming, cutting, adding text overlays, subtitles, and background music
- Assist in creating short-form video content such as reels, stories, and promotional clips using templates and preset formats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate briefs into impactful creative output
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets, including colour palettes, typography, and imagery
- Manage multiple deliverables efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related creative role
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva or equivalent design tools
- Basic working knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software
- A portfolio showcasing static design work, including social media posts, carousels, banners, and brand collaterals
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
- Knowledge of social media formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific design best practices
