Product Designer (mid level) - Europe

The Product Designer will envision and design usable and scalable product experiences, partnering with product management and engineering leads to scope and plan roadmap initiatives. Responsibilities include creating user flows, wireframes, structuring content, measuring iterations based on data, and contributing to the design system's evolution.
Responsibilities
- Envision and design usable and scalable product experiences
- Conduct or support research to understand user needs
- Partner with product management and engineering leads to scope, plan, and de-risk product roadmap initiatives
- Collaborate and co-create with PMs and Engineers across the lifecycle
- Create user flows, wireframes, and interaction designs
- Structure content for clarity and efficiency
- Measure and iterate designs based on data, user research and user feedback
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in designing digital products
- A portfolio of work that showcases excellence in interaction design, visual design, and problem solving through Design Thinking and UX Design activities
- Proven experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams throughout iterative product development cycles
- Outstanding ability to communicate ideas to designers, engineers, product managers, and leadership
- Strategic and intentional in design choices, integrating user, business, and technical considerations into the design process
