The designer will lead the design process from concept to execution, creating high-quality visual assets for marketing materials, social media, and more. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing a project pipeline, and mentoring junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality visual assets for marketing materials (digital & print), social media graphics, and more
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, etc.) to understand project goals, target audience, and brand messaging
- Manage a project pipeline effectively, delivering work on time and within budget
- Develop creative concepts and translate them into compelling visuals, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and other design software
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, branding, and design strategy
- A proactive and adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback
