The UI Designer will shape the visual language for a product portfolio used by thousands of healthcare professionals worldwide, creating interfaces that balance aesthetics, usability, and clinical reality. Key tasks include creating high-quality visual concepts and screen designs based on the design system, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Take a key role in shaping the visual language of a product portfolio used by thousands of healthcare professionals worldwide
- Work at the intersection of aesthetics, usability, and clinical reality — creating interfaces that are not only beautiful but genuinely help people in critical moments
- Create high-quality visual concepts and screen designs based on our advanced design system and evolve it further where needed
- Design for a broad spectrum of touchpoints with complex workflows and diverse user groups
- Work closely with UX Research, Interaction Design, Industrial Design and Development, forming cross functional teams that challenge and inspire each other
- Experience real clinical environments firsthand, joining shadowing sessions in hospitals and practices to deeply understand users’ needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in User Interface Design, Communication Design or related field
- Several years of professional experience in an agency or in-house UX environment
- Strong digital portfolio showing depth, craft and systems thinking
- Exceptional visual design skills: typography, spacing, hierarchy, color, and visual storytelling
- High proficiency in Figma and an understanding of design systems at scale
