The Senior UI Designer will shape the visual language for a product portfolio used globally, contributing to the overall design direction and ensuring visual consistency across projects by creating high-quality visual concepts based on the design system. Responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting UX workstreams, providing constructive design feedback, and communicating project status to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Take a key role in shaping the visual language of a product portfolio used by thousands of healthcare professionals worldwide
  • Contribute to guiding the overall design direction for one or more product areas
  • Create high-quality visual concepts and pixel-perfect screens based on our advanced design system
  • Design for a broad range of touchpoints and complex workflows, addressing diverse user groups
  • Apply storytelling in visual concepts and presentations to communicate ideas clearly
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and cohesion in the design work
  • Support the planning, structuring, and organization of UX-related workstreams and project activities
  • Provide clear, constructive design feedback and contribute to design critique
  • Help define a shared design vision and guide teams toward consistent decision-making
  • Take responsibility for communicating project status and results to stakeholders and leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in User Interface Design, Communication Design, or related field
  • Extensive professional experience in an agency or in-house UX environment
  • Strong digital portfolio showing depth, craft, and systems thinking
  • Experience supporting coordination or organizational tasks in design or cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High proficiency in Figma and familiarity with scalable design systems
