Digital Graphic Designer

The Digital Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing, producing, managing, and optimizing digital content across all channels to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand consistency. Key tasks include producing high-quality imagery and video, creating and scheduling social media campaigns, executing paid social advertising, and leading in-house production for photoshoots.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality imagery and video content supporting website content, email promotions, social media, and marketing projects
• Create, schedule, and publish posts and campaigns across platforms
• Develop and execute paid social advertising campaigns
• Monitor analytics, generate performance reports, and recommend optimization strategies
• Plan and manage giveaways, promotions, and audience engagement initiatives

Requirements

• Experience in digital content creation, social media management, or multimedia production
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent tools
• Strong photography and videography skills
• Creative vision and storytelling ability with strong skills in layout, typography, and color theory
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
