The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing and developing retail packaging solutions, ensuring artwork is visually compelling and production-ready across multiple brands. This involves translating briefs into visual assets and coordinating closely with cross-functional teams from concept through final production.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop retail packaging for in-line and clip strip products
  • Translate written or verbal product briefs into effective visual solutions
  • Prepare print-ready artwork files including die lines, bleeds, color profiles, and typography standards
  • Maintain and evolve brand style guides
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Buying, Graphics, and Production teams

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years professional graphic design experience
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Fine Arts, or equivalent experience
  • Candidate Portfolio Requirement: Applicants must submit a portfolio

Strong visual storytelling and creative problem-solving ability Excellent typography, layout, and composition skills Ability to design within brand guidelines Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign Strong understanding of print production and packaging specifications Familiarity with packaging die lines and print processes Working knowledge of Excel for tracking artwork information Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and collaboration skills High attention to detail Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
