Senior Graphic Designer & Manager

The Senior Graphic Designer & Manager will act as the brand custodian, responsible for creative direction and designing key customer-facing assets across all mediums, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate insights into multimedia solutions. This role involves designing a wide range of assets, including videos and animations, maintaining visual identity consistency, managing multiple projects, and providing creative mentorship to junior designers.

Responsibilities

• Brand custodian and responsible for creative, art direction, and visual positioning of the brand across all mediums
• Design of all key customer-facing design assets on and off site
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate insights into creative multimedia solutions
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for the department
• Create engaging content for customer insights reports, dashboards, and presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• At least 5-7 years of experience in multimedia design
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
