Senior Graphic Designer & Manager

The Senior Graphic Designer & Manager will act as the brand custodian, responsible for creative direction and designing key customer-facing assets across all mediums, both on and off-site. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to translate insights into multimedia solutions, managing multiple projects, and providing creative mentorship to junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Brand custodian and responsible for creative, art direction, and visual positioning of the brand across all mediums
- Design of all key customer-facing design assets on and off site
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate insights into creative multimedia solutions
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for the department
- Create engaging content for customer insights reports, dashboards, and presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- At least 5-7 years of experience in multimedia design
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
