SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the concepting and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, social, web, email, and marketing channels, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives. This role involves maintaining and evolving visual standards, independently managing projects from concept to delivery, and partnering with marketing and eCommerce teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the concepting and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, social, web, email, and marketing channels
- Translate business goals, customer insights, and market trends into innovative creative solutions
- Maintain and evolve visual standards, ensuring consistency and cohesion across all touchpoints
- Independently manage projects from concept through delivery, making informed decisions on creative direction, prioritization, and problem-solving
- Partner closely with marketing, eCommerce, and leadership teams to align creative with broader business strategies and campaign goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred (in design field a plus)
- 6+ years' experience in graphic design or related field
- Working knowledge of the Adobe Suite with an emphasis on Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and After Effects
- Experience with AI for creating and editing images and video
- Print experience preferred
- Expertise in current internet standards, including web browser specifications and mobile-first design practices
