Senior UI Designer

The Senior UI Designer will execute flawless, beautifully crafted, and responsive designs for websites, apps, and digital experiences, while delivering compelling conceptual design directions and explorations. This role involves creating and utilizing modern design-token-based Design Systems to ensure brand consistency and efficient workflows.
Responsibilities
- Execute flawlessly, designing beautiful crafted and responsive websites, apps and digital experiences
- Deliver compelling and striking conceptual design directions and explorations
- Create and utilize modern design-token-based Design Systems to drive brand consistency, supercharge interactive prototyping, and contribute to the unification of design files (Figma) and front-end code in efficient, systematic workflows
Requirements
- Great portfolio of UI design examples
- 5+ yearsâ experience as a UI professional skilled in responsive interface design
- 2+ yearsâ experience of working with established design systems as well as building new ones from scratch
- Experience designing complex, multi-variant web-based applications
- Experience with token driven design systems
- Experience creating design system documentation
- Experience leading UI design across multiple platforms
- Proven experience 'owning' projects from start to finish
