The role involves designing high-quality, conversion-driven visuals for digital channels such as social media, ads, and landing pages. Responsibilities also include creating wireframes, mockups, and polished UI designs using Figma, while maintaining design systems for brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality assets for digital channels (social media, paid ads, landing pages, email, etc.)
- Create wireframes, mockups, and polished UI designs using Figma
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals
- Optimize creatives for performance, conversion, and user engagement
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and testing results
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required)
- Strong proficiency in Figma (non-negotiable)
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for digital marketing and/or web environments
- Ability to create both static and performance-driven creatives
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English
