The Lead Graphic Designer will be responsible for leading the creation of UK-focused visual assets across various channels, translating creative briefs into bold, conversion-focused visuals, and producing both static and motion content to elevate brand presence. This role also involves collaborating closely with marketing teams and analyzing performance data to iterate and improve visual directions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of UK-focused visual assets across marketing campaigns, social, web, and digital advertising
- Translate creative briefs into bold, conversion-focused visuals
- Produce short-form motion content and static assets that elevate brand presence
- Collaborate closely with UK content, video, and performance marketing teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or creative content roles
- A strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first design, visual storytelling, and execution quality
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and motion workflows
