This role involves designing intuitive user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications, including creating wireframes, user flows, and conducting UX research. Additionally, the designer will create high-quality visual assets for marketing, brand communication, and presentations, ensuring visual consistency.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications aligned with RADcube’s digital strategy
- Create wireframes, user flows, user journeys, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Conduct UX research including competitor analysis, usability testing, and user interviews
- Identify usability issues and improve end-to-end user experiences
- Develop interactive prototypes and collaborate closely with product managers and developers
- Build and maintain design systems and UI guidelines
- Use analytics and user feedback to iterate and refine designs for better usability and engagement
- Contribute to dashboard design, enterprise application UX, and product usability improvements
- Design high-quality marketing and brand communication assets
- Ensure consistent visual identity and storytelling across digital and marketing materials
- Transform complex information into clear, visually compelling layouts
- Utilize AI-powered design tools for ideation and rapid prototyping
- Generate creative concepts and design variations using AI tools
- Conduct design research using AI tools to explore trends, competitor insights, and innovative design directions
- Integrate AI-assisted workflows to accelerate design productivity and experimentation
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, visual design, or product design with a strong portfolio
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, or a related field
- Demonstrated knowledge or experience in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) principles and user-centered design methodologies
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva
- Strong experience in visual design, layout design, and presentation design
- Experience creating case studies, one-pagers, marketing creatives, and social media assets
- Understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and user-centered design
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end concepts (preferred)
- Strong communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple design deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and design consistency
