The Senior UX Designer will drive cross-product design direction, influence roadmap decisions, and elevate design excellence across teams by defining long-term experience strategy while delivering tactical solutions for immediate product needs. This role involves partnering autonomously with Product, Engineering, UX Research, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions for complex, end-to-end enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-product design direction and influence roadmap decisions
  • Elevate design excellence across teams and partner with Product, Engineering, UX Research, and business stakeholders
  • Research, define requirements, and deliver solutions for complex, end-to-end enterprise workflows
  • Balance strategic vision with execution excellence and identify opportunities to simplify, scale, or extend solutions
  • Champion best practices that raise the quality bar across products

Requirements

  • 8+ years of design experience
  • Experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
  • Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar
  • Experience designing complex or enterprise applications
  • Experience partnering with technical partners for design implementation
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders at various levels and in different locales to drive alignment
