Product Designer Senior H/F

The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for designing fluid and high-performing user experiences, particularly for critical paths like purchase funnels and subscription processes, focusing on optimizing conversion rates. This role involves active participation in UX discovery phases, creating high-fidelity prototypes, and collaborating closely with Product Managers and developers through to production.

Responsibilities

• Conception UX/UI: Conceive fluid and performant user experiences
• Optimisation of conversion: Identify friction points and propose concrete solutions
• Discovery & strategy UX: Participate in discovery phases, understand user needs, and define target journeys
• Prototyping & delivery: Create high-fidelity prototypes and accompany teams until production
• Collaboration produit: Work closely with Product Managers, developers, and data teams
• Design System: Contribute to the creation, evolution, and good use of the design system
• Amélioration continue: Inscribe in a test & learn approach, exploiting user data to continuously improve journeys

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Design
• Strong expertise in transactional paths (e-commerce, subscription, digital services)
• Technical mastery of design tools (Figma, FigJam…)
• Mastery of data (analytics, AB testing) and agile environments
• Soft skills: impact-oriented, autonomous, and proactive
