Senior Product Designer, Design System
Zeta Global Remote (🇺🇸 United States of America)
The Senior Product Designer will own the strategy, architecture, and evolution of the design system for the Zeta Developer Platform, defining components, patterns, and documentation to ensure consistency and quality at scale. This role involves building production-ready, accessible components in close collaboration with engineering and championing the system's adoption across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Own the Design System: Lead the strategy, architecture, and evolution of our design system.
- Build Production-Ready Components: Go beyond static designs to create functional, accessible components.
- Establish Patterns and Guidelines: Define and document UX patterns, accessibility standards, and best practices.
- Drive Adoption and Enablement: Champion the design system across the organization.
- Design for Emerging Capabilities: As we integrate AI and agentic features into Zeta Developer Platform, help define patterns for new interaction models.
- Lead with Vision and Accountability: Drive design system strategy with clear ownership and decision-making authority.
Requirements
- 8+ years designing digital products with at least 3+ years focused on design systems
- Track record of building and scaling design systems used by multiple teams
- Experience working in fast-paced environments where speed and quality both matter
- Background collaborating across design, engineering, and product teams
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and emerging design patterns is a plus
