- Own the design process, driving end-to-end design across GitLab's AI suite
- Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that reflect strong craft and clear thinking
- Ship and iterate, breaking complex AI experiences into releases that fit GitLab's cadence without sacrificing quality
- Set the craft bar, providing constructive feedback that raises the level of work around you
Requirements
- A strong portfolio showing how you think and iterate, not just what shipped
- Experience designing for AI workflows
- A high bar for craft, with attention to detail and interaction design
- Experience conducting research and translating findings into clear, well-reasoned design decisions
- Proven ability to work iteratively in agile product development, balancing speed with quality
