Senior Product Designer - 12 month FTC

The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for refining and strengthening a new proposition in partnership with Product and Research, developing prototypes to test assumptions, and producing clear, build-ready design outputs for Engineering delivery. They will also design lean experiments to inform iteration and ensure solutions align with product strategy while balancing user needs and commercial constraints.

Responsibilities

• Refine and strengthen the proposition in partnership with Product and Research
• Develop prototypes to test assumptions and support decision-making
• Produce clear, build-ready design outputs and collaborate with Engineering through delivery
• Design and support lean experiments to inform iteration and prioritisation
• Ensure solutions are coherent, scalable and aligned to broader product strategy
• Balance user needs with commercial considerations, regulatory constraints and technical feasibility

Requirements

• Product design experience working in-house within cross-functional, Agile teams
• Proven use of AI tools within design workflow to improve speed and quality of output
• Experience taking products or significant features from concept through MVP into production
• Designing products in a direct to consumer environment
• A portfolio that demonstrates thinking and process, not just final outputs, with clear and measurable outcomes
• Strong systems-level design capability, not just interface design
• Experience designing high-quality native and responsive web experiences
• Consuming from and contributing to existing design systems, ideally in Figma
