Senior Product Designer
Crio Inc. Remote (🇺🇸 United States of America)
The Senior Product Designer will lead user research initiatives, translating findings into actionable design decisions, and drive the end-to-end design process from concept through final delivery, producing necessary artifacts like wireframes and high-fidelity mockups. They will also actively contribute to the design system, champion accessibility, and collaborate closely with engineers to ensure faithful implementation of design intent.
Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives, including interviews, usability testing, and analysis
- Lead the design process from initial concept through final delivery
- Apply and actively contribute to the design system
- Design for accessibility and champion inclusive design practices
- Present and articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders
- Work closely with engineers to ensure design intent is faithfully implemented
- Iterate on designs as needed, and review implemented designs before release
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Design experience
- Experience owning end-to-end design work across one or more product areas
- Expertise in UX Design
- Expertise in UI Design
- Hands-on experience creating, contributing to, and managing a design system
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Ability to drive strategic design discussions and influence product direction
- Collaborative, flexible, and positive attitude towards teamwork
- Experience leading user research initiatives
- Solid knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proficiency in Figma
